Holiday Designer/Installer
We are looking for someone with a creative eye and the ability to help develop unique, eye-catching holiday decorations for our clients such as wreaths, trees and coordinating pieces.
We love Christmas and our passion for the season is reflected in our decorations which we design, install and remove for clients large and small. It is an exciting, fast paced and busy time of year as the holidays approach for those of us making and filling orders in the holiday department.
We are looking for an energetic person to work with our experienced Christmas designers and installers. Attention to detail is a must. We work flexible hours in the holiday department year-round. An occasional weekend day may be needed to get our job done.
If you enjoy decorating for the holidays and are creative, handy with a glue gun and floral wire, and can at times decorate while on a ladder we would love to meet and talk with you.

Horticultural Plant Technician

Horticultural Service Technician
The Horticultural Service Technician is responsible for maintaining interior plants assigned to their care. On a structured schedule and within an allotted time frame, the technician maintains interior foliage plants by using accepted horticultural techniques.
Horticultural Service Technicians must have a reliable personal vehicle available each work day for transportation to the accounts. Vehicle liability insurance and a valid drivers’ license are to be in place at all times. Mileage compensation will be provided.
Essential Functions of the Job
Must be able to lift 10 lb. water buckets multiple time per day, and/or push 40-50 lb. water machines throughout the day. Must be able to climb ladders and have good dexterous use of both hands. Must be able to use scissors, pruners, hand saws, hoses and other small tools. Must be able to apply leaf cleaners and insecticides using hand-held pump sprayers. Must have a satisfactory safe driving record. Must be able to professionally communicate with clients and have a neat and clean appearance.
This is strenuous work requiring good vision, hearing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and the ability to work all day in varying greenhouse and/or office conditions.

Exterior Plant Technician/Holiday Installer
We are looking for a responsible full time candidate in the exterior/holiday department. Must like plants/planting and holiday excitement. As a team we plant, mulch and care (year-round) for outdoor container gardens and small beds, set up holiday decorations for local clients in corporate settings, and occasionally help with the delivery and installation of indoor plant displays. There is also warehouse work and organization especially in winter months.
A successful candidate should be able to work independently while contributing to the team effort, have the ability to meet deadlines, have a discerning eye for quality with a high attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and be willing to work in any St. Louis outdoor weather conditions. A valid driver’s license is required.
This is strenuous work requiring good vision, hearing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and the ability to work all day on varying outdoor conditions and/or warehouse and corporate settings. Must be motivated and honest, dependable and flexible and have a positive attitude, have good communication skills, and the ability to work with others. This job requires good energy, heavy lifting (must be able to lift 60 lbs.), ladder climbing, seasonal overtime with some weekend work.
