Growing Green has always been dedicated to protecting the environment and advancing sustainability in everything we do.

From long-standing practices like recycling and composting, to more recent company-wide initiatives, we continue to seek out ways to reduce our impact on the planet.

How Stay Green:

At Growing Green, every department finds ways to practice sustainability, including:

Schedule interior and exterior service routes to maximize efficiency and save fuel.
Donate unused holiday trees and wreaths to local charities.
Utilize solar-powered water pumps for our watering vehicles.
Compost to cut down on waste.
Use biological controls such as beneficial insects & insecticidal soaps to reduce the use of synthetic chemicals.
Utilize bamboo paper products at our office.

St. Louis Green Business Challenge

In 2024, Growing Green joined the St. Louis Green Business Challenge to advance our sustainability practices further. To drive these goals forward, we formed an internal Green Team.

Through their hard work and dedication, our team's efforts were recognized when we earned the Rookie of the Year award at the St. Louis Green Business Challenge Awards Luncheon.
