What is "plantscaping," and how does it benefit my business?

Plantscaping is the professional interior design, installation, and ongoing maintenance of living greenery. Beyond aesthetics, professional plantscaping is a strategic investment that improves air quality, reduces acoustic noise, and has been proven to increase employee productivity and well-being.

What area does Growing Green service?

While our headquarters and primary operations are in the St. Louis, we are able to provide plantscaping services for clients nationwide.

What are Growing Green’s sustainability initiatives?

Sustainability is central to our operations. Our internal "Green Team" oversees several key initiatives, including:

  • Utilizing biological controls instead of harsh chemicals.
  • Transitioning to electric tools and solar-powered water pumps for our service fleet.
  • Prioritizing local growers and vendors to minimize transport emissions.

How does Growing Green support the local community?

Each year, we select a dedicated Charitable Partner for a 12-month collaboration. This deep-dive approach allows us to make a measurable impact through staff donation drives, volunteer hours, and our signature Charitable Happy Hours, where $15 of every ticket sold is donated directly to that year's nonprofit partner.

How often will a technician service my facility?

We provide customized schedules for both interior and exterior maintenance to ensure your facility remains in peak condition year-round:

  • Interior Services: Performed bi-weekly (every two weeks) to maintain a consistent indoor environment.
  • Exterior Container Services: Performed 66 times per year. While this averages out to more than once a week, the specific frequency is adjusted seasonally and may be shifted based on local weather conditions.

What are my responsibilities between service visits?

There are none. To ensure the health and longevity of your investment, we ask that your staff does not water or prune the plants. If you have concerns regarding your service, contact your dedicated Account Manager, and we will have a resolution within 24 hours.

Our space has limited natural light. Can we still incorporate greenery?

Absolutely! We specialize in "right plant, right place" design. By using a light meter, our designer will select the perfect plants to thrive in your space.

For low-light environments, we utilize shade-tolerant plants or provide alternative low-light solutions like preserved moss walls, which do not require natural sunlight.
